It can easily take a decade to be proficient in a musical instrument. Living a busy, fast-changing city life, we tend to select the most effective mode of teaching, in order to absorb the knowledge and train our techniques as our days race by.
Along the way, some of us have chosen to go one step further and establish a closer connection with music; others might have opted to let go of it from their daily routines, so as to allocate more time and space for other subjects of their concern. Whether one has made progress with the techniques or retains only a vague recollection of the basics, all the experience and the emotions incurred will become a part of us and make us what we are.
Such feelings, buried in the depth of us, will be triggered again, whenever we are touched by a piece of music.
SPAS seeks to accumulate, gather, preserve, and renew our musical memories, by means of education and exchange activities.
